Even though the parking lot was so full we had to park at the bbq place next door, we immediately found an open booth inside. The waitress took our order AND delivered our food in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. It was amazingly fast. We barely had time to blink before our food arrived. I got the Heavenly Hash-- a delicious and hearty GIANT pile of hashbrowns mixed with bell pepers, onions, tomatoes, ham, jalepenos, and mushrooms and topped with two different kinds of cheese. The boyfriend ordered the 2-2-2 plate, which came with 2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs cooked to order, and 2 pancakes. We guessed that maybe the 2-2-2 plate used to cost 2.22. But skyrocketing food costs have forced them to raise the price to a mind-boggling $3.29! :) The food was fast, tasty, and filling and the service was friendly. The cost of two well-fed, happy vacationers? A total of $13 including drinks and tip. You can't beat that. We will definitely be back.

All anyone really needs to know is that the last time the girlfriend and I visited my parents in PC we ate 5 out of 7 breakfasts at Coram's. In an area that takes it's breakfast seriously, this place is king. With omelette's that are light and airy yet easily two to three inches thick and filled with veggies and cheese as well as the best hashbrowns and grits in the county, it's no small wonder that I still dream of eating here. The 'heavenly hash' (a ginormous portion of hashbrowns topped with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, jalepenos, and two kinds of cheese, and served with a side of toast) is at the same time cheap, delicious, and filling. The staff is 99 times out of 100 efficient and expeditious, as well as posessed of trademark Southern charm and hospitality. If you're ever in Bay County for any reason, make sure you stop by either this or one of the other 3 locations around town at least one or seven times.

Overall a good place to get breakfast. Beats Waffle House I'd say. The only two complaints I can possibly make would be that both my coffee and my cheesy grits were a bit watery which I really didn't expect. But definitely worth going to if you want to support a non-chain restaurant.

Great waitstaff but the food is only mediocre and the service was really slow. It's your typical greasy spoon breakfast diner. All the usual menu items at a fair price. Pretty big menu too. Nothing out of the ordinary though

Friendly staff. Sit where you want. Faster service at the bar. Quality food early in the morning. Bathroom is clean. Prices are reasonable. Good options on the menu. If you want to be in and out for breakfast this is a good place!

Don't be fooled by the look of this place. The food is fantastic. More than enough and very reasonable prices. They even gave us free banana bread. I will be making this place a regular spot when I visit here. Great breakfast!

Wanted to get a good breakfast and was recommended Corams from locals. Went with high expectations and was seriously disappointed. I had a simple ham cheese and tomato omelette with a side of bacon. They put so much oil into the pan that I was completely grossed out. Never going there again.

This is breakfast. There are a few great breakfast spots along 23rd Street in Panama City and Charlie Coram's is one of the better ones. First off, I like being asked if I want my omelet "flat or fluffy" as I'm a "fluffy" person. And while they don't have home fries (or at least I wasn't asked), the grits were nice and soft. Very well cooked and a small bit of butter mixed in made them perfect. My cheddar cheese omelet was gigantic. Barely fit on the plate. At least four eggs in this monster and I ate maybe half of it before I was stuffed. Tasty! Coffee was great and the waitress did a great job of getting me caffeinated. Good breakfast, great service. Enjoyed Charlie Coram's thoroughly.

I eat at Corams in PCB all the time and decided to stop at this one. Not the same. Dirty, disorganized, and a lower standard of food. It is a standard dinner where you can watch the cook prepare your food. It doesn't matter what you order; you will be getting an extra ladle or two of oil if it it prepared on the grill. I will not be back to this location.

It is what it is. It's not trying to be anything more then it is...which frankly I love. It's a crummy dinner...but it's the closest thing to a dinner (as a New Yorker) that I have found here in Panama City. The food is bland but the service is great and the price is right--and when I am drunk at 2am...this is exactly what I need. It is without a doubt a locals place. I would have given it 3 stars...but not taking card is a huge pet peeve of mine.

We always enjoy the Heavenly Hash (all the way) and today was no different. As usual it was fantastic! Service is always great and food is always yummy. Definitely worth a visit to try the menu items, can't go wrong!

This is the best place to get breakfast in Panama City! As soon as you pick your spot to sit down, the waitress is there like lightning. Once your food is ordered, it never seems like you are waiting for a long time. I personally, always order the 2-2-2. It's amaaaaaazzzzzziiinnngg! I usually inhale it and never suffer from guilt afterwards. It is that good. My husband usually gets the Heavenly Hash, which is very popular. It is also equally delicious. After devouring our food, it's payment time. They only take cash. If you're wallet is empty of that, do not worry, there is an ATM. Sure there is a fee, but nowadays, what ATM doesn't have a fee? I truly enjoy coming to Coram's and will keep coming back for the delicious food and speedy service. I don't even notice other breakfast joints anymore. Coram's in the one for me.

After long day of travel wanted a late breakfast comfort meal. Website reviews were high. Couldn't have been more disappointed. Had the 2-2-2 breakfast. Coffee was weak and lukewarm. Had asked for non - runny eggs but they were runny. Pancake syrup watery and weak. I guess you get what you pay for but waffle house would have been a step up. And the flies were annoying!

Breakfast was good and tasty. Price was also well worth it. Forgot the name of it but I had the omelet with everything and my wife had the heavenly hashbrowns. Both good choices. Fast service. Took away one star as the waitresses were not very personable.

Great local spot. 2 awesome omlets and the heavenly hash rules. Fast service too. Bring cash, it's worth it.

Ok breakfast, cash only, trash hash is ok I have been too them a couple times. Every time though I have ordered the hash it's usually burnt. For a town that has no real Diners I guess the is the best you can get for cheap food and open late (which most places in town close 9/10pm)

*** CASH ONLY - ATM Available. *** My wife and I usually eat here once a weekend. The 2-2-2 is a value that can NOT be beat, and the service is quick and efficient. I would have given the place 4 stars otherwise known as "Yay, I'm a Fan" if they served fresh OJ. Unfortunately the OJ is not fresh squeezed - and that is one of my measuring sticks for a breakfast place. That doesn't take away from the quality of the food or the speed of service, but makes it just A-OK (***) in my book! :)

This location only!!! Best cheap breakfast in town! All day everyday you walk in to smiles and friendly waitresses. Everything is good. We come here after getting off work, leaving the bar or even just for a normal breakfast. Kids eat cheap, everything always hot.

Best breakfast joint around. The heavenly hash is amazing! (watch out for the jalepens though!). I remember the SOS being pretty damned good back in the day too. Oh and the blueberry pancakes rival IHOP's!

This Corams is a great, inexpensive place to have breakfast. It was around 10:15am or so when we decided to eat a late breakfast/early lunch. The parking lot was packed! We actually had to park behind one of the restaurants next door (which wasn't open for lunch yet.) We, a party of 5 adults, 4 children) only had to wait in line for a table for about 6 or 7 minutes. Like most diner-style breakfast places, their seating consists of probably only about 15 booths and 5 or 6 barstools. As the previous reviewer stated, the Heavenly Hash is fantastic! A little too many potatoes for me though, as I like to proportion out my potatoes with the toppings (i ended up with no toppings and only potatoes in my plate, but my husband happily finished them off!). So, I would only suggest that they add a little more ham and jalapeños to make it perfect. They have a kids' menu. My 5 year old got the "1-1-1" breakfast. It's 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 pancake for $2.99 including soda or tea. You just can't beat that! The sweet tea is VERY sweet. My 5 year old loved it, but it was too syrupy tasting for me. Our server was very friendly. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name. Word of Caution: My husband has been to the Corams on Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach for lunch several times, and says that it is not as nice as the ones on 23rd Street and Tyndall Parkway. The only reason he continued to eat there was that it was right next door to his office and it was very cheap. Oh, they only take cash, but they have an ATM machine inside.
